Summary
Archaetnos cc was requested by CB Environmental Services to conduct a cultural heritage impact assessment on portion 30 of the farm Zevenfontein 407 JR in Dainfern East, Gauteng. A residential housing development, known as Maroun Square, is being proposed.
The fieldwork undertaken revealed no sites, features or objects of any cultural heritage significance on the property. It is therefore recommended that the proposed development continue, as it would have no impact on any cultural heritage resources.
