Summary
Archaetnos cc was requested by Plan-Enviro CC to conduct a cultural heritage impact assessment on Portion 1 of the farm Pienaars Rust 1594. The site is located on the banks of the Vaaldam. The development of a number of residential housing units is planned on this approximately 41 ha property.
The fieldwork undertaken revealed no sites, features or objects of cultural significance on the property. Therefore, it is recommended that the development can continue as it would have no impact on any cultural heritage resources.
