Archaetnos cc was appointed by KoJoCo Eiendomme BK to conduct a cultural heritage impact assessment on a part of the remaining extent of portion 3 of the farm Knoppiesfontein 94. This is for a township development in Deneysville in the Heilbron district of the Free State Province. This was the second proposed development (Deneysville Extension) on the same farm portion.
In the area impacted upon by the proposed development no sites of cultural heritage significance was found. It is concluded that the proposed development may continue, taking into cognizance the conclusions and recommendations at the end of this document.
